Return Policy:
1. Within 1x24 hours since the item is received by the consumer (if the order has been completed / status changed).
2. Include a complete unboxing video showing all sides of the package to ensure that the package is new and has never been unpacked.
3. The pricetag or price label on the product is still there and the product has never been washed
4. Send proof of the return receipt.
5. After the item arrives, we will check the item. If there is an error from the seller, the option will be "Return / exchange with a new item and according to the order."
Note: Does not apply to size exchanges due to consumer error.
